In 1933, a gentleman named Rodolfo Patriarca founded a company in Rome. At first, it only was just a car repair shop. But Patriarca realized that his customers were interested in performance-enhanced cars. Due to demand, he offered engine tuning and weight reduction shortly thereafter. Finally, in 1984, Rodolfo built his very first race car, the Patriarca 750. This car participated in the Mille Miglia twice and moreover won several circuit races.
