さてさて、長崎県島原市を訪れたワタクシですが、街を散策しているうちにお昼になりました。お昼になればお腹が空くのは当然でありまして、ワタクシ達はお昼ご飯を食べることにしました。ワタクシ達は商店街にほど近い「手打ちうどんほんだ」というお店に入りました。ここは観光客向けのお店ではなく地元の方が通うお店でありまして、地元の人に愛されるお店なら美味いに決まっておりますな。お店は愛想のいいご主人と奥様が2人で切り盛りされており、ワタクシは手前の『えび肉うどん』(肉うどんにエビのテンプラ入り)を家人は奥の『肉うどん』を注文しました。カツオが効いた出しが美味しい。そしてそして、最近は讃岐うどんのブームのせいでコシが強いうどんが人気ですが、ここのうどんはフワッと柔らかい懐かしいうどんでありました。九州生まれの家人は「これこれ、九...雲仙の恵み、そして災い-長崎県島原市
