In observing our reactions in most cases we would greatly benefit from being more like the deer. As humans, many perceived "threats" are not really threats at all. They more commonly are aggravations, frustrations, unfounded fear or worries that result in over reactions. Let us instead of jumping to our automatic reactions, STOP, like the deer, listen to the truth within us and around us and respond rather than react. Let us find truth in our world and in ourselves.
