Royal Icing Flowers
This is a cake I made in the Course 3 Cake Decorating Class at Hobby Lobby in Danville Va. Pam Boyd was the instructor. All the decorations on the cake are fondant. Witch Hat I made a pattern out of paper then cut out with fondant. Leaves cut from cookie cutters. Veined with tools and painted then dusted. So much fun. Feet, hands, legs and face carved from fondant. Then painted antique style to show details. Hair cut strips of fondant. Flowers are made with the Wilton technique.

Baby shower cake I made... The bubbles are icing piped with a 12 round tip.. the barrel was made by light cocoa Wilton melting candy chips (melted a bag stirred until smooth then added 1/2 corn syrup.. once hard, you work it like play-doh)
