1. set up about 7" from the wall 2. blanket on the floor (support for your head) & the blocks set up shoulder distance 3. Hand are on the floor, fingers pointing toward the blocks 4. Put your head on the ground in between the block, next place one knee on your elbow and then the other 5. Slowly lifting one foot off the ground and then the other... next thing your know your lifted off the ground in Tripod! Play, Have Fun,& never stop exploring the endless possibilities on your mat!
