These 3 little witches were a big hit with my trick or treaters.I used tomato cages turned upside down. I used a 6 inch styrofoam ball for the heads.I used 2 inch pvc pipe for the shoulders and ran a coat hanger for the arms.I was in luck when I found styrofoam hands.I glued long red nails to the hands,placed pillows on the backside of the witches to give them a hump back look.I bought fabric and placed it on with sewing needles.I found some cheap mask and hats that already had hair on them.
