Slimming world Thai fish curry! Free on extra easy! Fry off 2 shallots in Thai spice and then add 3/4 pint of chicken stock; add some fresh coriander at this point. Simmer for 5 mins. Stir in one tub of 250ml quark; then a pack of mixed fish (including smoked fish) add some fish sauce (I add a tiny bit as it's quite strong) add more Thai spice of you like at this point depending on taste. I eat with SW chips and a coriander salad!
