Butt kickin' BOSU ball circuit! Hope you're ready to get sweaty! This full body circuit is awesome! Exercise 1: pulse squat jump on the BOSU. Be make sure you stay in your heels and keep your core tight! Exercise 2: lunge jump burpee push up. Drop to your knees for the push-up if you need to! If you can't do lunge jumps on the BOSU then just do them in front of the BOSU and use to BOSU for the push ups. Exercise 3: kick throughs! Talk about core burn! These are on of my favorite core…
