Full Upper Body Workout
Here is a collection of upper body exercises where you need only dumbbells (and a bench).They go in order from chest to back to shoulders to arms..If your gym is super packed, just grab a bunch of DB’s and do your thing. Or if you’re in a hotel gym and all they’ve got is a few sets of old DB’s then you’re good to go! Can get in a great workout!.I’d suggest sticking to the 6-15 rep range for most of you.
