I'm about to share something shocking... There is life outside Blue Willow! GASP!! I have recently found some cute blue and white china options other than Blue Willow. I have a hard time branching out and using china other than Blue Willow, even during Christmas time I try to mix it in with the Christmas Spode. Ahh, Christmas time! This was probably my favorite tablescape from Christmas 2015 Tablescape Week! This was also pre-navy built ins! Ok, ok... on to what this post is about, non Blue Willow china. The Spode Delamere Lakeside is so stunning!! It has the same outer pattern as Spode Woodland, but in a light blue. You can opt for bread and butter plates with a beautiful lake scene in the middle or you can get the dinner and salad plates plain in the middle. I can see these on a patriotic tablescape with friends and family around celebrating our independence. I ordered a few of these pieces and I cannot wait to get them! Merry Christmas! Is December flying by for anyone else? Before we know it Christmas will be here! Today I'm so excited to be sharing my Christmas tablescapes with these gorgeous brass caged candle holders from COTTAGE & THISTLE on of my favorite small shops. Aren't they gorgeous!! I knew right when I get these in October that I wanted to use them for a Christmas table centerpiece. I made these little mini wood hand painted gingerbread houses last week for a fun little DIY craft. Aren't they fun on each table setting.
