Perform the entire circuit x3 ⬇️

Block 1:
- 10 alt reverse lunges w/ bicep curls
- 10 kettlebell squat presses
- 1 min jumping jacks 
- 1 min rest before moving to the next circuit

Block 2:
- 10 kettlebell straight leg deadlifts to upright rows
- 10 curtsy lunges w/ lateral raises
- 2 min jump rope (you can vary between jacks & regular jumps)
- 1 min rest before moving to the next circuit

Block 3:
- 10 tricep kickbacks
- 10 bent-over rows
- 1 min mountain climbers
- 1 min rest before repeating the circuit two more times

Finisher ❤️‍🔥
- 3 sets x 30 sec on, 30 sec off: Slider knee tucks to pikes
