Our client is finishing up their build of Architectural Designs Farmhouse Plan 52269WM on their property in Florida! We helped them modify the plan by expand the rear porch with a vaulted ceiling and an outdoor fireplace, adding large sliding glass doors to the rear porch from the living room and removing the door from the breakfast nook, and adding a closet to the bonus room. We introduced this country farmhouse plan in response to requests for a larger version of house plans 4122WM (2,252 square feet) and 52285WM (1,938 square feet). This largest version retains the curb appeal while delivering over 500 additional square feet to the home. A covered porch runs along the front of the home and wraps around the dining room and study.
