Bun Cha Gio Ti Noung with Nuoc Cham - Translation: Bun is Vermicelli Rice Noodles, Cha Gio is Egg Rolls, Ti Noung is BBQ Pork, & Nuoc cham is the all-purpose Vietnamese condiment served with many dishes as a dipping sauce &/or poured over many dishes. I am Vietnamese & this dish is my #1 FAVORITE of all time! YUM! :P
Vermicelli Noodle Bowl
Vermicelli Noodle Bowl. I can't believe I made this at home! Not difficult at all. Get a good quality fish sauce (I used "squid" brand upon recommendation and it was fine). Don't scrimp on the toppings or the caramelized scallions if you can help it. Served it with just cold, pre-cooked shrimp on top. Killer summer recipe that is light and tasty, yet very filling!
