This is a spool I was lucky enough to see someone discarding. It is very large and very, very heavy. It took using our tractor to move it. This is the finished paint job but I plan on adding a self leveling epoxy to the table top & embellishments like some rope around the edge of the table. These stools are extras I had sitting around but I plan on painting them and making cushions for the top. More pics to come later.
This was originally a 4 foot cable reel dismantled and built to create a pub size table. A bible verse was handpainted for a family in memory of their 8 year old son who passed away.

Giant Spool UpCycled into an Outdoor Science Lab
This has to be one of my most favorite outdoor projects that I've completed lately. I took a giant old spool and upcycled it to create an outdoor science lab and play kitchen for the kids.
