These elegantly dressed young Moors evoke the splendor of Renaissance Venice, when rich merchants attired their servants in multicolored silks and jewels. The 18 karat gold mounting contains two baroque pearls, emeralds, diamonds, rubies and carved onyx. First created in the late 1940s for Babe Cushing Paley, this example was made in 1989.
