Normal Eating fuckyoured: This is flawless. I can’t even remember where I read this first, but it’s perfect. That’s what recovery is aiming towards. Flexibility. We can become so rigid, so overcome with our EDs that we forget what it is, to be flexible and relaxed around food and our bodies. Oh yeah, I remember seeing this in a magazine and thinking it was brilliant.
