Pin It Weekly #291

Say hello to the three newest followers to Fleur de Lis Quilts on Pinterest! First up, Fiona Smith has 150 quilt pins, but her "Christmas stuff" board is just too cute. Kristin Watson is our second pinner. I really like her "Sunday School Crafts" board. And thirdly, Becky Harkey's "Half Baked" is basically a liquor-infused board. I'm not a drinker, but I'd be willing to taste these. Just look how pretty! Happy pinning, all.

Oh Christmas Tree...

I couldn't resist making a Christmassy version of Homely Joys complete with little Christmas trees. If you're tempted too, here's how I did it.

More little Repro Madness blocks...

More fun 6-inch blocks are done! I made three of the first block, for swaps... ...and I will probably not be making more than one of each of these... Another bunny! I am still trying to come up with a design for a central medallion block for my quilt made from all these little applique blocks (and pieced little treasures from my friends), and there are certainly more little blocks to come. Right now I am working on pet blocks for each of us (a cat for me, a lab for Ola, and a wiener dog for…

Fabric Ribbon Candy Ornament — Crafty Staci

Many years ago, I made these ornaments using ribbon . They were fun, easy, and quick to make. Ever since, I’ve wondered what would happen if I made them from fabric. As you can see, I finally gave it a shot. I think there are pros and cons to both methods, but I do really like these. The loops are
