Awesome!  Representing a section through book form is an awesome way to let the client flip through the different sections of their home. I think this is a pretty genius idea and, with a laser cutter, would not be that hard to make.

haha I'm not an architect student but I know a few! And this is pretty accurate! I'm retired but this is how most clients view an architect's performance sadly, especially governments, churches and non profit groups essentially anyone using taxpayer or donated money.  Corporate and or wealthy clients with more money in hand show far more humanity towards the architect.  Seems like a contradiction but truth is often very ugly.
