Dr. Axe's NEW Detox Drink ~ 1 glass of water (10oz), 1 Tbsp. Braggs apple cider vinegar, 1 TBS. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, Dash cayenne pepper, 1 TBS raw local honey 1/4 tsp ground ginger. Instructions: Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake. Enjoy Drink 1-3 times per day, 10 mins before meal
