Original postcard photograph (top detail) was used for the bottom postcard of Pyongyang. This card is an earlier version of done with exhortation to work for the New Order on reverse. The paper quality is better (not acidic and brown), suggesting it was published before paper quality diminished as the war depleted Japan's stock and before the Taisho company began publishing patriotic slogans on the backs of cards. 1933-1945 East Asia Images, Imperial Postcard Collection, Lafayette College.
