Chicken Salad Cucumber Sliders. Delicious, low fat, low carb, & 17 day diet approved. 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt. 1/4 avocado - mashed. 1 cooked chicken breast – shredded.  7 red grapes, 1 teaspoon slivered, toasted almonds, Salt & black pepper to taste, Dash of red pepper, 1 cucumber – peeled & sliced.  Combine yogurt & avocado in bowl – mix well. Add chicken, grapes & almonds. Stir until completely coated with yogurt mixture. Add salt, black & red pepper.
