According to the Getty, this is The Master of the Llangattock Hours (Flemish, active about 1450 - 1460) and Willem Vrelant (Flemish, died 1481, active 1454 - 1481). Tempera colors, gold leaf, gold paint, and ink on parchment. Ms. Ludwig IX 7, fol. 53v. Getty Museum, Los Angeles
