Wrap skirt is designed to be worn over leggings, skinny jeans, a skirt or a dress. Waistband ties on one side. Different lengths of torn, t-shirt fabrics are intermingled with cottons, satins and lace and hang from the waistband. A fragment of vintage doily flutters over one hip and the waistband is trimmed with salvaged strips of bugle beads on organza.
