Spinach Artichoke Chicken: "Oh my goodness gracious, is it amazing. Think spinach artichoke dip poured on top of baked chicken. Yeah, it's really out of this world." Couldn't be easier, just lay chicken in a pan, pour spinach artichoke mixture on top & bake. Creates moist, tender, melt-in-your-mouth chicken.
One-Pot Pasta with Broccoli and Lemon Recipe
One-Pot Pasta - Martha Stewart. Boil 100% whole wheat (or Barilla Plus) penne 6 minutes less than al dente; add lots of broccoli florets, and cook until penne is al dente. Drain; return to the pot, and toss with a couple of crushed garlic cloves, some extra virgin olive oil, the zest and juice of a lemon, salt and pepper, and plenty of Parmesan. Voila!

PCOS divas: Eat like a hobbit! (Well, sort of...) Be sure to snack between meals, you should eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your blood sugar stable so you don't "crash." :) I recommend keeping nuts in your purse at all times, protein is your friend! Almonds are my fav!
