Constraint Demo 6: Tumbles and Swings by David Latour. Using constraints in Maya it is possible to create complex animations very easily. By setting up a simple stack of offset objects, you can alter the pivot point of a character to make animating swings and tumbles easy and intuitive. By baking the animation, you are able to easily edit the results. This demo uses Josh Burton's Morpheus Rig.

My animation demo reel for God of War Ascension.  A very challenging project--my first AAA' boss battle to be responsible for.  Despite the technical limitations, the long work hours, endless requests from departments that drive you bonkers, I think the battle visually turned out well.    All key-frame animation, character, cameras and environment animations.   Thanks for watching!
