Korean Buddhist Cuisine - Steamed tofu-stuffed zucchini! 1) Slice the zucchini into 2cm pieces. 2) Using a small wooden spoon, scrape the insides of the sliced zucchini pieces. Add that in a bowl with sliced n' diced red and green chili peppers and tofu. 3) Stuff the hollowed-out zucchini with the tofu stuffing, and steam for 15 minutes. 4) Cool and serve.
