For those of you with kiddo's in school I am sure you can relate to my desire to have them out for the Summer! I need them to have a little less schedule, I am so busy lately that not having to get them to bed when the sun is still shinning would be uber helpful! The new owner has a family member working on the house and just in time as well. Ornate balustrade and posts show severe deterioration but are not too far gone to save. Some elbow grease, auto-body filler or epoxy filler, follwed by painting and everything can be returned to former glory. Good luck in saving and restoring this landmark home!
