F1 rocket engine test. Engine is fueled by kerosene and liquid oxygen injected into the combustion chamber at a rate of 3 tons per second by turbo-pumps powered by a 50,000 horespower generator. The F1 itself produced 32 million horsepower, and 1.5 million pounds of thrust.

The Rocketdyne Engine, still to this day the single most powerful rocket ever built. 1 of 5 which was used on the Saturn Rockets. Thats 38 million horsepower from tons of fuel each second and all from a single engine!
