Cherry Pie Filling - Made 01/06/15. This was easy and really good and much more flavourful than the canned stuff. I had some frozen cherries to use up and decided to make this to top a no-bake cheesecake. It was tart and fruity and delicious. I used sour cherries so I added some honey to sweeten it a little more at the end because it was a little too tart without it. If you use frozen cherries, only boil till thick (not the 10 mins it says) or your cherries will end up mushy.
