But I made changes:  1) Used old-fashioned oats instead of quick  2) Cut the sugar to 3/4 cup  3) Increased the milk to 1 1/2 cups and the eggs to 3  4) Added a heaping 3/4 cup of raisins and 1/2 cup pecan pieces  5) Let it sit 20 minutes stirring 4 times (to soften the old-fashioned oats) before baking  6) Baked for only 30 min instead of 40
