Hi guys! Today I’m going to share the most easiest kimchi recipe, Kkakdugi! Kkakdugi is korean radish kimchi and the signature look is the cubed radish.

(Chonggak) Ponytail kimchi. Making this today! It's called bachelor Kim Chi because the radish resemble the ponytails unmarried Korean men used to wear. Crunchy and good and you use the greens too!
