Fin de siecle restaurant in Brussels, Belgium. Difficult to find as they is no sign in front of the restaurant indicating what it is. It is a place where the locals go. My husband had barbecue ribs and I had mousaka, which is pictured here. Very delicious, and I highly recommend. Just a warning, there are no physical menus. They write everything in chalk on a board on the wall and then you tell the waiter what you want when they come to your table.
