The simplicity of the die cut label helps draw your eye straight to the logo on the bottle, but I do think the logo should be larger. But I love how you can see through to the wine and the freshness seal matches the label.
Ramm ND, a Russian designer, with a touch of genius, designed these aesthetically pleasing work of art from our normal can drink packaging. Ramm has changed in what is considered an everyday object to something very very special.
This wine label collection is very abstract and mark making like. This bears similarities to the Cake Wine labels as they have labels that are more abstract and inky with different marks. Despite not being illustrative, a lot is depicted in this label and the direction of the strikes create motion and wave like forms. The label also stands out through the strong contrasts of black and white.
Wine label uses white space effectively to draw attention to the illustration. The illustration is a mix of hand generated, abstract drawings and the use of a spot colour. Interaction between elements is interesting and balanced.
