French Chicken Mustard Dijonaise with Bacon & Onions ~ Adapted from David Lebovitz’s “My Paris Kitchen” _ Delicious, quick & easy, one-pot dish, but special enough for company. I use bone-in/skin-on chicken breasts! David suggests serving with his Fresh Herb Pasta. Also this would be perfect with some creamy mashed potatoes, as the gravy is delicious!

This is the very first recipe that I've tried out from Volume I. This recipe stood out to me because #1: I LOVE strawberries! & #2: Fresh fruit tarts just scream "summer!" to me!
