I'm a busy person. Everyday i'll go to work stress is in there. So i search on how to relieved my stress for a while. This is what i found!, At the time i feel stress, i try to focus on other things. This carves helps me a lot, i can't even noticed that i'm at my work aha. It is effective as a stress reliever.
