Winning entry for the 1962 competition to design a 'Playboy Town House'.

The 1962 Playboy Town House - A fantasy bachelor pad designed by architect R. Donald Jaye and rendered in gouache and ink by Humen Ten / Sketch up of interior drawings

The use of marker give the building a sense of place. Also makes it feel less cluttered from lines and more orderly.

There are two images displayed in this sketch, one completed with full colour and the other with a only out line of the building drawn with few colours used.

Blue marker is used to highlight over the black ink in order to create a perspective which enforces the metaphysical nature of the space.
