Sunscreens are required by the FDA to remain at their original strengths for at least 3 years. Some sunscreens include an expiration date — a date indicating when they're no longer effective. Discard sunscreen that is past its expiration date. If you buy sunscreen that doesn't have an expiration date, write the date of purchase on the bottle. Avoid exposing the container to excessive heat or direct sun.Throw out the bottle when 3 years have passed since the purchase date.

The protein found in cheese contains all the essential amino acids the body needs, which makes cheese a complete protein. Consider a 1:10 ratio of protein to calories — for every 100 calories, there should be at least 10 grams of protein. Some experts have argued that the widely held belief was not rooted in science, even though it's still used to used for marketing products.
