One dish 30min meatloaf-use your electric skillet set on 300, put 2tbsp of veg oil in skillet. 1lb of hamburger, one cup of oatmeal, one cup of crushed saltines 1tsp garlic, and half a small onion combine well. Add 2 eggs mix well and form into ball place in the middle of skillet and poke a hole in the center of the ball. Add halved potatoes around the meatloaf, then top with green beans or your choice of veggies. Cook for 15min then turn the meat over and cook for another 15min.

This recipe came in my electric bill in Alabama. Its cheap and easy- not to mention tasty as well! Coke Chicken 3lbs. boneless chicken breast 12oz. Coke 1cup ketchup Place chicken in skillet. Season with cracked pepper to taste. Mix Coke and ketchup together. Pour mixture over chicken. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to simmer. Let simmer until chicken is tender. (Approx. 30min)
